How do you adjust the headlights on a jaguar s type?

I own a 2003 jaguar s type.and the headlights are auto adjust h.i.d.'s i want to move them up just abit so that i can see better at night. i normaly adjust them my self but the parts for this car can be expensive. so i would rather ask for help first. HELP........... lol.|||be creative,resourceful and keep finding new ideas how it is or what is their functions so that u will know if it will be adjusted?
