What are the physical differences between the cheetah and the jaguar?

If you were to look at cheetah print and jaguar print, how could you tell them apart?|||The jaguar (Panthera onca) is found in South and Central America. It is the third largest of all cats, after the tiger and lion, and can weigh up to 350lb. It is heavily-built and muscular, with stocky legs, a shorter tail than the cheetah and a broad head. In colour it is yellow patterned with large, blotchy rosettes of black or dark brown. This is a jaguar:

The cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) is found in Africa, with a small relict population in Iran. It is the fastest-running animal on Earth, and its whole body is designed for speed - it is slender and lightly-built, with long legs, a small rounded head, and a long tail. Its claws are only partially retractile, to help it grip the ground whilst running at high speed. It is tawny in colour, patterned with small, solid black spots, and has distinctive 'tear-marks' on the face - black lines running from the inner corner of each eye to the corner of the mouth. cheetahs have just dots, while jaguars have rings, dots, and dots within rings. Leopards, by the way, just have rings.|||good question
